Individual solutions in computer aided engineering
As a future spin-off company of Kaiserslautern Technical University we produce individual solutions in the area of computer aided engineering (CAE). A particular speciality offered is the identification of precise material parameters which are used to reduce the uncertainties in simulation processes such as the finite element method. The algorithms used to achieve this are being continuously improved and can be applied universally for the most diverse material laws in solid state mechanics.
Consultation | Numerical mechanics | Non-linear programming
Besides the production of software solutions in the area of FE simulation we also offer a consultation service based on comprehensive experience in numerical mechanics and non-linear programming. A current project is the development of software which can be applied intuitively by the customer to determine material parameters.
Cooperation in research and development
Cooperation with partners in the areas of materials testing and CAE ensures the necessary capacity for customer oriented R&E. We place much worth in keeping in touch with current trends in areas decisive to both research and business and updating our know-how accordingly. We therefore offer the most modern solutions to customer problems. Flexibility, reliability and customer-oriented work are elements of all important steps in the project.
Identification of material parameters
An important area of our work is the development and application of tools for the improvement of simulation calculations with the finite element method (FEM). Comparison of measurements on real test samples with the corresponding FE simulation allows optimisation of both the material parameters themselves and the accuracy of simulations. This allows one to dispense with costly tests on real samples early in the development process. The cost and effectivity control demanded by our customers is on a reliable base and is considerably simpler to achieve.
