Parameter identification for the FE-simulation of an aluminium injection-moulding alloy
As scientific collaborators for the company GM Powertrain Germany GmbH, Dr. Bernd Kleuter and Dr. Marc Bosseler worked on a major project leading for example to the publication "Parameter identification for transmission housings - FE Analysis of a diecast aluminium alloy", ATZ-Automobiltechnische Zeitschrift, Edition 03/2008.
Visco-elastic materials under large deformation:
Experiment and parameters - material modeling and parameter identification
As scientific workers at Kaiserslautern Technical University, several projects have been carried out under our management, in particular a community project supported by the Rheinland-Pfalz Foundation for Innovation for parameter measurement using contact-free techniques with the aim of material parameter identification via computer aided methods.
Parameter identification is one of our most important services and is described in more detail under Services.
Industrial projects
In this position in the future we will present completed industrial simulation and consultive projects which have been released by our customers. Since, up to now, these were covered by the University cooperations mentioned above, this position will liven up with time. Our customers are mainly the automobile industry and its suppliers but also, for specialist problems, larger service industries in the field of FE-simulation.
